District Strategic Planning and the Ed Foundation

Hosted by the Bartholomew Consolidated School Foundation, our speaker, Superintendent Jim Roberts, will guide us through a discussion about district strategic planning and best practices for involving the education foundation to ensure alignment and synergy. During lunch, we will take time to review current and upcoming grant opportunities exclusively for INAPEF members, INAPEF's benefits and online member resources, and answer any questions you may have. After lunch we will have a group activity and leave time at the end for general QA and brainstorming.

$20 registration fee includes a catered lunch!

Time	Activity	Description
11:00 - 11:15 a.m.	Welcome & Introductions
11:15 - 12:00 p.m.	Session	Superintendent Jim Roberts, will guide us through a discussion about district strategic planning and best practices for involving the education foundation to ensure synergy and alignment.
12:00 - 1:00 p.m.	Lunch	Attendees will enjoy a catered lunch, while we discuss the latest INAPEF activities, grants, updates and member resources.
1:00 - 2:00 p.m.	Group Activity and Discussion	We will have a group activity and allow time for attendees to share their latest successes, discuss challenges and brainstorm solutions with fellow foundation staff and board members.
