Investing in leaders. Strengthening foundations.
A new professional development opportunity to help education foundation leaders grow their skills, strengthen their organizations, and expand their impact.
Strong education foundations begin with strong leaders. Through the new INAPEF Leadership Investment Grant, five INAPEF members will receive funding to pursue coursework toward the Certificate in Education Foundation Leadership (CEFL), offered by the National Association of Education Foundations (NAEF).
Designed specifically for education foundation professionals and volunteer leaders, CEFL provides practical training in leadership, resource development, board governance, financial management, and organizational effectiveness.
Both foundation directors and volunteer board members of current INAPEF member organizations will be eligible. The program is designed to support foundations of all sizes and staffing structures.
INAPEF pays for NAEF membership for all INAPEF members, giving your foundation access to additional national resources, connections, and professional development opportunities.
